One Pass Ahead Intensity Camps are designed to shock the system so when moments get tough in a competition, camp athletes are able to draw on the tough situations they have gone through in training.

6 Areas of Focus

  1. Ball Handling
  2. 1 on 1 Moves- creating your own shot and getting to the free throw line
  3. Teaching 5 on 5 and perimeter based offense adding screen action and read and react
  4. Intense Workouts- Jump Program, Core Program and Upper Body Strengthening
  5. Mental Toughness- worksheets, daily planning integrating academics, weight training, shooting and practices
  6. Shooting- creating your own shot, proper form and technique, shooting programs and shooting contests

One Pass Ahead Director

Scott has coached basketball for 25 years and has an overall record of 640 wins and 210 losses. He coached the Under 17 Provincial Team for B.C. He is certified to Level III and is a Course Conductor for Basketball B.C. Scott was recently honored with the B.C. Coaching award of excellence and was Head Coach for the All Canada ADIDAS game. Scott is the winning-est active coach in B.C. history at the BC 'AAA' Provincial Championships. Scott also coached the Senior Girls Volleyball winning the ‘A’ Girls Volleyball Championships two years in a row. At AAA the team won the AAA Fraser Valley and finishing 2nd in the province. Scott is a former Trinity Western University head coach who lead the team to their first ever CIS National Silver Medal. 
Elle Kerfoot

One Pass Ahead Coach
Elle attended Elgin Park Secondary and was one of the top players in British Columbia coming out of high school having led her team to a provincial championship. The former provincial team player would accept a scholarship to Seattle University where she would play four years for the Redhawks with the last three as a starter. She was selected to play on the 2011 Development Women’s National Team which played at the World University Games in China. In her senior season as captain she averaged 8.8 ppg, 2.2 rpg, 2.9 apg and 1.3 spg in 31 mpg for a 20-12 team. She would take a year off to before starting her pro career in Belgium with DBC Houthalen. Elle now is looking forward to passing on her experiences to young girls and making an impact on their lives on and off the court.
Tyus Allen
Tyus A.

One Pass Ahead Coach

Tyus Allen is one of our newest and brightest young coaches.  Tyus had an illustrious highschool career at WRCA as in his last 3 years he led his team at the point to a BC Provincial Championship plus a silver and a bronze.  Along with that in his Gr 12 year he was a First Team All Star or MVP in every tournament. Tyus made a tough choice after highschool and followed his father to TWU. There he was a 2 year starter and led the team in assists.  Tyus brings a passioned intensity to the sideline and his work ethic should be contagious and encouraging for aspiring younger players.
